Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Life happens—if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give 48 hours’ notice. Changes made 24–48 hours before incur a $75 fee, and less than 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full service amount.
Fees are charged to the card on file immediately.
By booking, you agree to these terms—thank you for your understanding and support!
Repeated Rescheduling
Frequent rescheduling can be challenging for a small business. Please book your appointments with care to avoid conflicts with other commitments.
For clients who regularly cancel or reschedule, a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit may be required to secure future appointments—even when the 48-hour cancellation policy is met.
I understand that booking far in advance isn’t always possible. If you prefer, I’m happy to add you to the waitlist and notify you of any openings that come up during the week.
Gratuity-Free
Skintuition is a gratuity-free business. All service prices include fair compensation. No tips are accepted.
